Sniper
The sniper rifle was one of the wepaons I designed and textured entirely using Blender and SPainter. I had to strike a balance between grounded realism and the game’s fantasy elements was key to staying true to the IP. Its silhouette, materials, and overall design were crafted to ensure it stood out and remained readable from long distances by enemy players. Rendered in Unreal Engine 4, AO and Wire renders in blender (2021)

I made this model in a couple of days; it's a very simple shape to emphasize the readability at a distance. It uses real-life references for the high-caliber setup and battery-driven sights. I'm using a lot of floaters on this model mainly because we did not have a concept on the sniper model and needed quick iterations so the Art director could feedback comfortably
